These terms apply to your use of the Fluencor website and its early-access form. The site is operated by LatLng Inc. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Early access

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, create an account, reserve a place in a program, or start a paid service. Any future campaign, payment, creator engagement or other service will require separate terms agreed with LatLng Inc.

Using the website

Provide accurate information in the form and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, or use automated means to scrape or disrupt it.

Website information

Examples, estimates and descriptions are for general information. They are not promises of creator availability, customer visits, sales, reach, engagement, revenue or campaign results. The early-access service and website may change or become unavailable.

Content and intellectual property

The website and its branding, design, text and other materials belong to LatLng Inc. or its licensors. You may view and use them to evaluate Fluencor, but may not copy, republish or commercially exploit them without permission. You remain responsible for having the right to submit information or materials through the form.

Our Privacy notice explains how information submitted through the site is handled.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your requirements. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
