Privacy notice

LatLng Inc. operates Fluencor. This notice describes the information collected when you use our website and request early access.

Information you submit

The early-access form asks for your name and email. If you apply as a business, it also asks for your business name, website (optional), business type, main goal and monthly budget. If you apply as a creator, it asks for your main social handle, platform, city and the topics you post about. We also record the time of submission.

How we use it

We intend to use these details to review early-access requests, assess whether a business or creator may fit a future program, and contact you about Fluencor. The form does not currently send an email or deliver submissions to an administrator. We may also use technical information handled by our hosting provider to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

Storage and retention

During development, the form writes submissions to a local JSON file. On the hosted site, it writes to a temporary file on Vercel. There is no database or administrator inbox connected. This storage is not durable, so submissions may be lost or unavailable after the hosting runtime is replaced. We do not currently have a fixed retention schedule for these temporary files. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form.

Sharing

We do not sell early-access form details. We may have hosting and infrastructure providers process information as needed to run the site, and may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this early-access site. Our hosting provider may process technical request data to deliver and secure the website.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit the form. Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct or delete personal information, you can contact us at contact@fluencor.com. Because current form storage is temporary, we may be unable to locate a submission after its hosting runtime has been cleared.

Children

The website and early-access form are intended for businesses and creators, not children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
